Endoscopic Septal correction is a nose procedure done to correct DNS or deviated nasal septum.The nasal septum is a bony-cartilaginous structure partitioning the left and right sides of the nose. Bend in nasal septum causes nasal obstruction and sometimes may obstruct the sinus drainage pathways leading to sinusitis
This test is recommended to people from long term allergic rhinitis or who have stopped getting any relief even after using medicines. This is the gold standard test for testing the allergies.
Adenoidectomy is the surgery of removal of adenoids. Adenoids is an accumulation of lymphoid tissue present at the back of the nose which naturally disappear by seven to eight years of age.
Tonsillectomy is the surgery of removal of tonsils. This surgery is done in both adults and children who have a recurrent sore throat. Tonsillectomy can be done with conventional instrumentation, laser, radiofrequency or coblation.

Mastoidectomy is a procedure where the bone behind the ear called the mastoid is drilled out to remove the disease in it. Mastoidectomy is of different types based on the amount of drill out required.
Stapes surgery aka stapedotomy is done for patients diagnosed with otosclerosis. In otosclerosis, the smallest bone in our body, stapes, an ear bone which has to vibrate for conducting sounds is fixed by a cement-like material. Patients with otosclerosis present with hearing loss.
Myringoplasty is surgery done to close the hole in the ear drum. Patients who have a hole in the eardrum have complaints of ear discharge coming out of the ear, hearing loss. If both the eardrums have holes in them, it is necessary to investigate the source of infection to the ear, such as nose.
Myringotomy grommet is an ear procedure in which a small cut is made in the eardrum and a grommet placed in the cut. This procedure is indicated for patients who have improperly ventilated middle ears presenting as retracted eardrums or fluid in the middle ear.
CSF is the fluid present around our brain in the skull, protecting our brain from injury by acting as a shock absorber. The nose, sinuses and ear are separated from the brain and its surrounding CSF by thin plates of bone.
Sinus surgery or FESS is a nose surgery done for patients with chronic sinusitis. In FESS, the narrowed/ obstructed sinus exits are enlarged to help sinuses drain the mucus forming within them The micro shaver system can be used to preserve mucosa maximally.
